Shells
Would you like us to build you a beautiful metal or cedar exterior shell so you can have a weathertight canvas to finish out yourself?
Shells include framing through windows, door(s), siding, and metal roof installation. We can also add rough plumbing, rough electric, insulation, or stop at whatever phase of construction works for you.
Our Shells start at $40k
Kits
Our all inclusive kits include everything needed to build your own tiny house from scratch, including us guiding you through each phase of the build!
An awesome weekend project for the DIYer, a powerful project for a youth group, and a relevant project for a high school construction course!

Micro-Investments
We are growing and we invite you to grow with us!
We are raising capital through a series of micro-investments (no minimum) to help us transition the business from custom production to an assembly line model that maintains our commitment to quality.
Loans are for a maximum of 3 years with an annual interest compounded at 10%.
